Central Highland Builders is a local Kitsap home builder that has specialized in designing, developing and building "in-town" residential projects. We, Barry Keenan and myself, David Smith, the two principles of Central Highland Builders are "hands-on" every day supervising all aspects of design, land development and home construction. To insure that our home buyer's investment is protected, every home we build is covered by a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty.

We are most proud of our effort to be friendly to our environment and are charter members of the Kitsap Homebuilders Association's "Built Green" program. The narrative included on our "Earth Day" award summarizes our green building and development work.

In our continuing effort to be leaders in environmentally friendly development and construction we have volunteered Poulsbo Place II to the City of Poulsbo to study Low Impact Development concepts through a grant they recently received.
