Our Cottonwood townhome is served by its own elevator from the garage level to both the
main and top floor with 2 master bedrooms each served with their own private bathroom.
The main living floor includes the living room, dining area, kitchen and 1/2 bath. Mr. and
Mrs. Eells, who purchased a Cottonwood, utilize a wheelchair for Mr. Ells and have found
their elevator served Cottonwood home to be a wonderful solution for independent living.
The remaining Cottonwood homes in our project all have the same handicap accessible
features which will serve most families with handicap accessible needs. However, if you
need a home that is fully ADA compliant we can customize our Cottonwood model and
build a home that will work for your special needs. We are very motivated to sell our
remaining elevator served Cottonwood model homes and will work diligently to
accommodate your financial needs.

Poulsbo Place II is located in the heart of Poulsbo that is a wonderful "walk about"
community that is fully served by handicap accessible sidewalk ramps. The city of Poulsbo
is committed to making the community pedestrian friendly and has just approved the
installation of additional stop signs, speed bumps, and additional traffic controls to further
increase the ability of all of its citizens to travel safely and easily, including citizens using

Bank of America next door. The shopping district of Old Town Poulsbo is just beyond the
Post Office, which can be easily accessed independently by most handicapped modes
