Handicap Accessible Features Handicap/ disabled accessible homes available now and fully ADA compliant homes can be custom designed in future homes. Our Cottonwood townhome is served by its own elevator from the garage level to both the main and top floor with 2 master bedrooms each served with their own private bathroom. The main living floor includes the living room, dining area, kitchen and 1/2 bath. Mr. and Mrs. Eells, who purchased a Cottonwood, utilize a wheelchair for Mr. Ells and have found their elevator served Cottonwood home to be a wonderful solution for independent living. The remaining Cottonwood homes in our project all have the same handicap accessible features which will serve most families with handicap accessible needs. However, if you need a home that is fully ADA compliant we can customize our Cottonwood model and build a home that will work for your special needs. We are very motivated to sell our remaining elevator served Cottonwood model homes and will work diligently to accommodate your financial needs.
